FAQ
-
Do you offer classes for beginners?
Our classes are designed to meet you where you are. Whether you’re brand new to reformer Pilates or returning to movement, we offer foundational and accessible classes that build strength, confidence, and connection.
-
What should I bring to class?
Grip socks are required for all reformer classes (available for purchase in-studio). We recommend bringing a water bottle and wearing comfortable, form-fitting activewear to support ease of movement. We also offer a curated collection of Liv Eazy activewear in studio.
-
What’s the class etiquette at Liv Eazy?
We’re all about creating a calm, focused, and respectful space. Please arrive on time, silence your phone, and keep conversation low once inside the studio. Grip socks are required for all classes.
Good news: you don’t need to wipe down your reformer after class. Our team takes care of all equipment sanitization, so you can simply move, breathe, and ease out.
-
It’s my first time at Liv Eazy, anything I should know?
If it’s your first time taking a reformer Pilates class with us, please arrive at least 10 minutes early. This gives you time to ground yourself, get oriented with the space, and receive a brief intro to the reformer. For your safety and the flow of the class, late arrivals will not be permitted to join. We appreciate your understanding and can’t wait to welcome you.
-
How do I book a class?
All classes can be booked through our website or via the Liv Eazy app. We recommend reserving in advance, as space is limited and classes fill quickly.
-
Can I cancel or reschedule a class?
Yes. Please cancel or reschedule at least 12 hours before class to avoid a late cancel fee. Our full cancellation policy is available at checkout and in your booking confirmation email.
-
Do you have showers or change rooms?
Yes. Our studio features beautifully designed change rooms and showers stocked with natural ingredient shampoos, conditioners, and body washes, and serums. Everything you need to refresh, reset, and step back into your day with ease.
-
What’s on the Liv Lounge menu?
Our in-studio café serves ceremonial-grade matcha, espresso-based coffee, and smoothies. All ingredients are curated with intentional ingredients with your recovery, energy, and glow in mind.
-
Do you offer private events?
We offer private curated group bookings, and wellness events. Please reach out to us at hello@liveazywellness.com to inquire. We love co-creating special experiences.
-
Is there parking available?
There is residential street parking and plaza parking across the street.
-
Do instructors offer hands-on adjustments?
Our instructors use mostly verbal cueing and visual demos and will offer hands-on adjustments when needed to guide you. You always have the option to opt out through our app. Your comfort comes first.
-
Can I use my phone during class?
We understand wanting to capture the moment. Filming clips for content is welcome, as long as it doesn’t disrupt the flow of class. Please be mindful of others’ privacy, and absolutely no phone calls or voice notes in the studio space. Let’s keep it elevated and intentional.
